Communication
The ability to communicate effectively online is one of the most important skills for teams that work remotely or semi-remotely. This may sound simple, but non-verbal communication doesn’t give you the benefit of reading the other person’s expressions during a conversation. So nuances can be lost, jokes misunderstood, and it’s possible to cause offence when none was intended.
For this reason, we’ve put together some guidelines for communicating both within our team and externally to clients, suppliers and anybody you come into contact with on Wholegrain business.
