In line with UK employment law, Wholegrain provides all employees with a company pension via an auto-enrolment scheme. We’ve chosen NEST to provide our workplace pension for two reasons. First, they offer good value overall for you, and secondly they’re the only scheme available that invests responsibly and don’t have significant investments in fossil fuels or armaments as standard, so they fit with our values. In addition, they offer an Ethical Fund that invests in companies that have a positive effect on the world, and they also offer a Sharia Fund that invests in companies that comply with Sharia principles.
We automatically enrol all employees into the scheme in the third month of employment, but you do have the option to opt-out if you prefer. Contributions are as follows
